The files under `/regions/` are built from the following works, each under
the MIT License, copyright (c) 2024-2025 by cahya dsn (cahyadsn@gmail.com):

Changes: joined by region code, coordinates rounded to 5 decimals, a region
without a point of its own given the middle of its children's points, a
district given the most common postal code of its villages.
